Veg Salad Easy

Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 2 nos Tomato
- 1 nos Carrot
- 1 nos Onion big
- 1/2 Of Cucumber
- 1 Outer Cabbage
- 3 nos Green chilly
- 5 nos Curry leaves
- Ginger A small piece
- 1 Spoon Vinegar
- 1 Spoon Coconut oil
- Salt, to taste
- 250 ml Curd
Preparation
Step 1
Cut all vegetables, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves into smaller pieces.
Step 2
Add vinegar, oil and salt.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly till the aroma comes out.
Step 4
Keep it for at least half an hour.
Step 5
Add the curd just before using and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Do not add water.
