Saucy And Creamy Cutlets

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 2-3 nos Cutlets beef/veg/chicken
- 3-4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 3-4 tsp Tomato sauce
- Pepper powder, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing saucy and creamy cutlets, place the cutlets in a serving plate.
Step 2
Place 1 tsp of mayonnaise and tomato sauce on each cutlet.
Step 3
Sprinkle pepper powder on each cutlet.
Step 4
Serve it hot.
Tip
Oil temperature is critical. Too hot and the outside burns before the inside cooks. Too cool and the snack absorbs oil and turns soggy.
