Peanut Chikki Milk Shake
an awesome milk shake recipe with a nutty crunch that goes as a accompaniment. This is a wonderful and unique dish that requires just a few minutes for the blending This is one of my favorite milkshake dishes.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 4 tbsp Peanut chikki crumbs
- 400 ml Semi frozen milk
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Peanut — crushed, for garnishing
Preparation
Step 1
Add peanut Chikki crumbs into a blender.
Step 2
Crush milk and add to the blender, Add required sugar also.
Step 3
Blend for 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour into glass and top it with chikki crumbs. Serve soon and fresh.
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
