- Banana - 2 nos
- Maida - 2 cup
- Sugar - 3 tbss
- Egg - 1 no
- Cardamom - 1 no
- Salt - pinch
- Water -, to taste
- Oil -, to taste
- Turmeric powder -pinch
Preparation

Mix the maida with sugar, egg, salt, turmeric powder, cardamom and water as.

Cut the banana in to thin long pieces and cover the bananas in it.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry it till brown color.

Serve it with tea.
