Oats Smoothie
Oats, banana, milk and other ingredients are blended and mixed with fruits.

- 1 tbsp Oats
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 5 nos Badam
- 1 nos Banana
- 1 tbsp Apple — chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Pineapple chopped finely
- 1 tbsp Seedless grapes — cut into halves
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing oats smoothie, blend together oats, banana and milk.
Step 2
Pour the blended mixture into a mixing bowl and stir in fruits and honey.
Step 3
Fold everything together gently and serve chilled.
