Kannimanga - Azhumanga Pachadi - Brahmin Special
Kannimanga is cooked in coconut, curd and other ingredients.

- 4 nos Kannimanga — soaked in salt
- 1/2 cup Coconut — grated
- 3 nos Green chillies
- 1/2 cup Slightly soured butter milk
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing kannimanga/azhumanga pachadi - brahmin special, grind together kannimanga, grated coconut and green chillies.
Step 2
Add required salt. While adding salt consider the salt which is already there is kannimanga and add accordingly.
Step 3
Add slight soured buttermilk while serving.
Step 4
Kannimanga /azhumanga pachadi -brahmin special recipe is a good side dish for Cheeramolagootal.
Tip
Fresh curry leaves make a genuine difference. Dried curry leaves are a poor substitute — if you cannot get fresh ones, increase the quantity and fry them longer.
