- Milk : ½ litre
- Curd : ¾ cup
Preparation
Step 1
Boil milk and allow it to cool in room temparature.
Step 2
Mix curd in it and slowly stir.
Step 3
Let it sit in room temparature for 3 hours and later on set it in refrigerator.
Step 4
Curd is ready.
