Egg Bread Roll
I always thinking of make something diffrent with egg&bread.We can prepare hundreds of veriety recipes with bread and egg.This bread egg roll is one among them.You can serve this spicy crispy bread egg roll as an evening snack.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 3 Egg
- 12 slice Bread
- 2 large Onion
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 3 Green chilly
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Garam masala pinch
- 1/2. tsp Pepper powder
- Salt, to taste
- Coriander leaves, a few
- Oil — for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Warm the oil in a pan and cook onion,ginger garlic paste,green chilly until soft and lightly browned.Then add all masalas and salt to taste.
Step 2
Add egg pieces,coriander leaves and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 3
Get 2 bread slices and remove the edges.dip one slices in water for a second and put one egg pieces with some masala on it.dip the other slice in water and place on its top.press with your both hands and make it into a ball shape.keep it in kitchen tissue for 10 minutes for absorbing the water content in it.
Step 4
Whisk 2 eggs and take some bread crumbs.dip each bread balls in egg mixture and followed by bread crumbs.fry it in hot oil till lightly browned.
Step 5
Crispy Egg bread ball is ready.
Tip
Frying the boiled eggs briefly before adding to the curry gives them a golden skin that holds up better in the gravy.
