- Apple : 1 medium
- Pomegranate seeds : ½ cup
- Papaya : 1 small
- Banana : 1 no
- Cream : 1 cup
- Sugar, to taste

Wash and chopped the apple, papaya and banana in to small pieces [ fruits is your choice].

Whip the cream with sugar.
