Chilled Mango Milk Shake
Quick to blend, impossible to stop at one glass. This drink is a staple across Kerala homes, especially during the summer months when the heat demands something cold and reviving.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 5 nos Riped Mangoes
- 3 cup Milk
- Preferably boiled and chilled Milk
- 5 Tspns Sugar only if required
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and peel the Mangoes.
Step 2
Get out the pulp of Mangoes and keep them in a plate (throw away the seeds).
Step 3
Grind the pulp of Mangoes along with Milk (if required add Sugar also).
Step 4
Mango Milk Shake is ready. Add Ice cubes and serve the Chilled Mango Milk Shake (for making the Mango Milk Shake more tasty, add a very small quantity of Cardamom powder also).
Tip
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
