Carrot Salad Made Simple

Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 100 g Carrot finely — grated
- 50 g Tomatoes — finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Thick coconut milk
- 1 nos Green chilly — finely chopped
- 1 sprig Curry leaves — chopped
- Coriander leaves Few — chopped
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together grated carrot,chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilly, chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves in the thick coconut milk.
Step 2
Keep the vegetable mix aside for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add required salt and carrot salad made simple is ready.
Step 4
Tips:- 1)Instead of coconut milk you can add grated coconut.
