Bread Omelette
Bread omelette recipe is a simple recipe with egg omelette mixture and bread slices.It's a and quick breakfast or snack recipe that can be given as a school snack or evening snack to kids.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 2 Bread slices
- 2 Egg
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Green chilly
- Curry leaves, a few
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a roomy mixing bowl, add eggs,finely chopped onion,green chilly,tomato and curry leaves.Season with salt and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 2
Pour the egg mixture to the pan to prepare the bread omelette.let it cook for few minutes.
Step 3
Put bread slices over the omelette.
Step 4
Cut the edges and place it on the top of the bread.
Step 5
Now flip the omelette carefully by holding both the bread slices with ladle.let it go for another 2 minutes in low flame and take it off the heat.
Step 6
Serve it hot.
