- Egg : 2 nos
- Sugar : 2 tbsp
- Butter / Oil : 1 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Set a pan on the stove melt the butter and add chopped bananas with sugar. Stir continuously. Cook until the banana starts turning brown.
Step 2
Add the eggs and stir. Cook for 1 more minute. Serve Hot.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
