Baked Tuna With Macaroni
Tuna, macaroni and other ingredients are combined and baked together.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 200 g Tuna pieces
- 3 nos Garlic — chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion — chopped
- 200 g Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Macaroni cooked
- 1/2 cup Tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
- 1/4 cup Capsicum — chopped
- 11/2 tbsp Cheese
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 Cup" Parsley leaves — chopped
Preparation
Step 1
First sautT garlic, chopped onion, tomato puree and capsicum for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in flour and milk. Bring to boil. Add cream of mushroom soup and boil again for 2 minutes in low flame. Sprinkle pepper powder.
Step 3
Stir in the fish and macaroni. Fold everything together gently. Add grated cheese, oregano and parsley leaves.
Step 4
Transfer the contents into a microwave safe bowl and bake for 25 minutes in 350 degrees.

Baked tuna with macaroni, a healthy baked tuna recipe is ready.
Tip
When the recipe says "medium heat," it means medium. Kerala cooking is not about high-flame drama — most of the work happens at a patient, steady temperature.
