Yummy Panner Biriyani
It is an easy and tasty recipe.It is good for giving kids lunch box.it is simple to prepare.Taste is delicious.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 1 cup Cooked basmathi rice
- 1 Onion
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 cup Paneer thawed
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 4 Cloves
- 1 tsp Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Set a kadai over medium heat and pour in the oil, add cumin seeds and cloves. cook for a minute.
Step 2
Add capsicum and onions, cook for a minute.
Step 3
Add ginger garlic paste,chilli powder and salt cook for a minute.
Step 4
Add cooked rice to this and stir for a minute.
Step 5
Add thawed paneer to this and give it a good stir.
Step 6
Now Paneer biriyani is ready.
Tip
Seal the pot with dough or a tight-fitting lid during dum cooking. No steam should escape, or the rice will dry out.
