Yum Yum Fish
Instead of fish curry and fry, why dont you try fish in someother way.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 1 cup Fish boneless and — cut into small cubes or pieces
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 nos Onion — sliced
- 1 nos Tomato sliced, small size
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Mariante Fish pieces and set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Set a pan over medium heat and pour in the oil and fry the onion till it become transparent.
Step 3
Add chilly powder,tumeric and garam masala powder sort it for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add fish pieces into it and stir it nicely. :- Keep it in a low flame and let it cook.
Step 5
Add salt if needed :- Already added salt in the marination, so check before add.
Step 6
Keep it in a low flame till it cooked and dry.
Step 7
Add chopped coriander leaves and sliced tomatoes.
Step 8
Serve while still hot! :- Salmon,cod fish will be perfect for this recipe.
Tip
Never stir a fish curry with a spoon. Shake the pot gently to coat the pieces — stirring breaks them apart.
