White Easy Pudding
A traditional preparation from Kerala that balances flavour, texture, and aroma in the way that only home cooking can. No two households make it exactly the same, and that is the point.
Ingredientsfor 8 servings
- 2 Tin Milk
- 1 Tin Milk Maid
- 10 g China Grass
- 2 Drops Vanilla essence
Preparation
Step 1
Cut China Grass into small pieces and soak it in a cup of water.
Step 2
Mix milk, milk maid and sugar and Bring to a gentle boil.
Step 3
Put the china grass mix on fire until it melts. give it a good stir. 4)Once both mix boils, add china grass mix through a strainer to the milk mix.
Step 4
Add vanilla essence.
Step 5
Pour the entire mix into pudding bowl and serve cold.
Step 6
Cut cashews into small pieces and fry in ghee and pour on each bowl while serving.
Step 7
Can use chocolate sauce also.
