Wheat Dosa Yummy
A quick, satisfying dosa that needs minimal prep and delivers maximum crunch. Spread the batter thin for crispy edges, or thick for a softer, chewier centre. Pair with chutney and sambar.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 1 glass Wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Curd
- Salt, to taste
- Water for mixing
- Dalda, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preparation Method of Wheat Dosa : 1)Mix wheat flour, milk, curd, salt and water well without lumps to form a loose batter of dosa consistency.
Step 2
Heat non stick dosa tava.
Step 3
Pour required batter and spread as thin as possible.
Step 4
Add little dalda on the dosa and its edges.
Step 5
Turn the side and cook till golden brown.
Step 6
Wheat Dosa is ready.
Step 7
The Wheat Dosa: goes well with almost all gravy and chutney.
Tip
Spread the batter in a quick circular motion from the centre outward. Do not go back over areas you have already spread.
