Wheat Dosa
Its easy to make tasty to eat and even small kids will love this.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- Wheat flour half cup
- Coconut 1 tablespoon
- Water, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Get flour, pour salt to it.
Step 2
Pour water.
Step 3
Pour coconut.
Step 4
Give it a good stir.
Step 5
Heat a pan and pour little oil.
Step 6
Pour little batter to the pan.
Step 7
When both sides get cooked and becomes brown.
Step 8
Get out the wheat dosa or appam.
Step 9
Repeat the procedure.
Step 10
Serve while still hot.
Tip
The pan must be properly hot before you pour the batter. Sprinkle a few drops of water — if they sizzle and evaporate immediately, the temperature is right.
