- 1 cup Mixed vegetables potato, carrot, peas, beetroot, beans, cabbage
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing veggies soup, first boil the vegetables with enough water.
Step 2
When done, grind them in processor and strain it.
Step 3
Boil the stock again with required salt.
Step 4
When cooled, feed baby.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
