- Onion : 1 no
- Green chillies : 3 nos
- Coconut : 1 cup
- Mustard : 1 tsp
- Red dry chillies : 2 nos
- Curry leaves, a few
Preparation
Step 1
Set a kadai on the stove, heat little oil.2) Add onion, green chillies and cook until soft.
Step 2
Add the grated coconut and fry again.
Step 3
When the coconut turns into light color, take it off the heat.5) Add salt and grind this into smooth paste.6) In a kadai,allow to crackle mustard, curry leaves and dry chillies.7) Add this into chutney and serve with idli /dosa.
