URed Cube Chicken
A robust chicken preparation where the meat absorbs a pounding of Kerala spices and slow-cooked onions. The curry leaves and coconut oil make it unmistakably from this part of the world.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- Chicken boneless 1 kg
- Spring onion 1 bunch
- Cornflour 1 tablespoon
- Onion. 2
- Kashmiri Chilly powder 2 to 3 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp each
- Chilly sauce 2 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tsp
- Sugar 2 Tsp
Preparation
Step 1
Slice chicken in cube shaped.
Step 2
Mix chicken with soya sauce and chilly sauce and little salt.
Step 3
Then mix with cotnflour.
Step 4
Fry it using oil.
Step 5
Then take the chilly powder and make it as a solution using water.
Step 6
Get chicken stalk and pour some water to it.
Step 7
When it boiled off the flame.heat another pan add onion and ginger garlic.
Step 8
Cook well and add the chilly powder mixture.
Step 9
Then mix it well.
Step 10
Next, add sugar and give it a good stir.
Step 11
Add the chicken stalk and give it a good stir.when it boils.

Add the fried chicken and give it a good stir.
Step 13
Add spring onion and put the flame in to low and cook for 5 minute.
Step 14
Give it a good stir and off the flame.our red chicken is ready.
Tip
Do not boil the curry hard after adding coconut milk. A gentle simmer is all you need — vigorous boiling can cause the coconut milk to split.
