Layered Tea- Dancing Tea
Layer tea is a drink which plays with the density of each ingredient to create the obvious layers in the glass of tea.
Ingredientsfor 1 servings
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Tea powder
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 150 ml Water
Preparation
Step 1
Boil milk with sugar.
Step 2
Froth the milk and pour the frothy milk in a glass.
Step 3
Boil water with tea powder and strain it.gently pour the tea decoction using spoon as shown in picture.
Step 4
Layer tea is ready.
Tip
