Tuna Fry - Easy To Make
Slow-roasted in coconut oil with a generous hand of spices, this mixed fry develops layers of flavour as it dries out on the pan. The patience pays off — every piece is coated and concentrated.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 2 Tin Tuna
- 1 nos Onion medium size
- 2 nos Green Chillies
- Mustard, to taste
- Oil, to taste
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Warm the oil in a pan and allow to crackle the mustard seeds.
Step 2
Cook Onion and Green chilly in it.
Step 3
Add salt, meat masala and turmeric powder.
Step 4
Put tuna and give it a good stir.
Step 5
Pour 2 tablespoon of water.
Step 6
Cook till tuna is dry.
Step 7
Tuna Fry is ready! :- Serve the Tuna Fry hot!
Tip
The final handful of curry leaves should go in right at the end, off the heat — they should crackle and crisp in the residual heat.
