Traditional Potato Masala

Ingredientsfor 5 servings
- Potato : 5 nos
- Onions : 1 no
- Chillies : 2 nos
- Bengal gram : 1 tsp
- Mustard : 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder : pinch
- Curry leaves, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and the chickpeas, add little salt. Once its cooked, smash it and set aside.
Step 2
Add oil to a pan, when heated add the mustard and let it spurt.
Step 3
Add the chopped onions and chillies.
Step 4

Add curry leaves along with the salt and turmeric powder.

Add the smashed potatoes and mix it well, if needed add half glass of water and let it blend.
Step 8
Once done transfer to a bowl and serve.
