Thari Vada

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 200 g Semolina
- 200 g Maida
- 11/2 Pc Onion
- Coriander leaves, to taste
- 2 nos Green chilly
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 nos Garlic pods
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients to get a thick batter.
Step 2
Heat oil a vessel and fry it till they turn brown in color.
Tip
Jaggery burns easily. Melt it on low heat and always strain it to remove grit before adding it to the mixture.
