Thairupachadi - Curd Pachadi - Brahmin Special
Tomato, grated coconut, curd and other ingredients are combined together.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 2 nos Tomato
- 1 cup Coconut — grated
- 1/4 cup Curd
- 3 nos Green chillies
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Urad dal parippu (Uzhunnu)
- 1 nos Red chilly
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- Coriander leaves Few — chopped
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing thairupachadi / curd pachadi - brahmin special, first grind grated coconut with green chillies, mustard seeds 1/2 tsp and some water.
Step 2
Cut tomato into small pieces and add this to the above mixture. Add required salt. 3)Fry mustard seeds, urad dal and red chilly in coconut oil and add this to the above mixture.
Step 3
Add curd just before serving and garnish with coriander leaves.
