- 1 nos Onion medium
- 2 nos Red chillies
- 3 Spoons Curd
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat red chillies slightly in a pan.
Step 2
Cut onion into pieces.
Step 3
Grind the cut onions and red chillies in a mixie.
Step 4
Mix the paste with curd and salt.
Step 5
Chutney is ready!
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
