Tender Coconut Milkshake

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 1 cup Tender coconut flesh
- 1 cup Tender coconut water
- 1 cup Milk
- 3/4 cup Vanilla ice cream
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 Cardamom
- 6 Ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Add coconut flesh,sugar,cardamom and coconut water into a blender.
Step 2
Pour the milk and blend it.make sure the coconut has blended well.
Step 3
Add vanilla ice cream and ice cubes.blend it again together.
Step 4
Pour into glass and serve chilled.
Tip
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
