Tasty Maida Dosa
Golden-brown and lightly crisp, this dosa is the kind of breakfast that works on busy mornings and lazy weekends alike. The batter keeps well in the fridge for two to three days.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 2 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 1 nos Onion — finely chopped
- 2 nos Eggs
- 2 nos Green Chillies — finely chopped
- Coriander leaves Few — chopped
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together maida flour, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and little water to make a batter.
Step 2
Add beaten eggs and Stir everything together thoroughly. Heat lightly oiled tawa, pour the batter and spread like a dosa. Turn the two sides until cooked well.
Step 3
Maida dosa is ready.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
