Tasty And Healthy Home Made Pasta
A robust chicken preparation where the meat absorbs a pounding of Kerala spices and slow-cooked onions. The curry leaves and coconut oil make it unmistakably from this part of the world.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- Pasta 1 cup
- Chicken half cup (boneless
- Egg 2
- Carrot 1
- Butter 1 table spoon
- Green chilly 6
- Capsicum 1
- Soya sauce 1 table spoon
- Chilly sauce 1 table spoon
- Tomato sauce 2 tsp or, to taste
- Pepper powder 2 to 4 tsp
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta using sufficient water, little pepper powder and salt.
Step 2
When its cooked drain excess water.
Step 3
Cook chicken using salt and pepper powder.
Step 4
Heat a pan, add butter to it.
Step 5
When it melts add carrot green chilly and cook well until it gets half cooked. Then add chicken to it and cook well.
Step 6
To this add egg.
Step 7
Give it a good stir.
Step 8
Next, add all sauces and give it a good stir.
Step 9
Next, add pasta to it.
Step 10
Give it a good stir.
Step 11
Our pasta is ready,serve hot.
Tip
Do not boil the curry hard after adding coconut milk. A gentle simmer is all you need — vigorous boiling can cause the coconut milk to split.
