Tapioca Ball Fry
Cooked and mashed tapioca mixed with chilly powder, asafoetida, other ingredients and deep fried.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 1 cup Cooked and mashed tapioca
- 1/4 tsp Sesame seeds Ellu
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida powder (Kayam)
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)
- Oil — for frying
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing tapioca ball fry, mix together all ingredients: mashed tapioca, sesame seeds, chilly powder, asafoetida, cumin seeds and required salt to a smooth mixture.
Step 2
Roll out into small balls.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry in hot oil the tapioca balls to a golden brown color.
