Sweet Bread Fry Within 10 Minutes
Kerala-style dry fry where egg is cooked down until all the moisture evaporates and what remains is intensely flavoured, slightly caramelised, and impossibly moreish. Best with parotta or plain rice.

- Bread Slices : 6 nos
- Egg : 2 nos
- Sugar : 2 tsp
Preparation
Step 1
Beat well the eggs together with sugar.
Step 2
Dip bread slices in this and fry both sides on low heat.
Step 3

Tip
Coconut oil is not optional in a Kerala fry. It adds a flavour that no other oil can replicate.
