Stuffed Dates

- 15 nos Dates seedless
- 2 tbsp Coconut — grated
- Sugar, to taste
- All purpose flour, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing stuffed dates, first mix coconut and sugar by hand.
Step 2
Slightly make a slit in dates and stuff the coconut in it.
Step 3
Make a batter with flour, salt and water. Dip the dates in it and fry in oil.
Step 4
Stuffed dates is ready.
