Wheat Flour Pazham Pori | How To Make Pazham Pori With Wheat Flour

Ingredientsfor 6 servings
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 1 nos. Egg
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Water, to taste
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 kg Ripe plantain
- Coconut Oil, as needed
Preparation
Step 1
Get a blender and add wheat flour and rice flour.
Step 2
Next, add egg, sugar, cardamom followed by a few salt to balance the taste. Now pour some more water, Don't pour lots of water. Blend it well.
Step 3
Batter is ready. When you prepare banana fritters batter with maida or wheat flour, make it thick. We should not prepare a loose batter. Here we have prepared a thick batter.
Step 4
Dip the banana pieces in the batter and slide it carefully into the hot boiling oil.
Step 5
Fry in hot oil.
Step 6
Puffy and Banana fritters are ready now.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
