Strawberry Snack

Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- Banana : 4 nos
- Sugar : 5 tsp
- Cardamom : 3 nos
- 5 Drops Strawberry essence : 4
- All purpose flour : 7 tsp
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixer grinder, grind well the bananas together with sugar, strawberry essence and cardamom.
Step 2
Enter Step.
Step 3
Transfer this to a bowl.
Step 4
Add all purpose flour one spoon at a time, kneading well. (Its best to make circular movements with finger, which mixes it well).
Step 5
Enter Step.
Step 6
Fry in hot oil in a pan.
Step 7
Serve while still hot.
Tip
Coconut oil is the default cooking fat in Kerala kitchens. It adds a depth of flavour that other oils simply cannot match in these recipes.
