Spinach Boli

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- Spinach leaves, to taste
- 1 cup Gram flour
- 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing spinach boli, mix rice flour, gram flour, cumin powder and salt with little water.
Step 2
Add spinach leaves(do not chop it).
Step 3
Keep it refrigerated.
Step 4
Get leaves seperately and fry it in oil.
Step 5
Spinach boli is ready.
Tip
