Spicy Potato Chips
Its a snack thats easy to make and good to eat - Spicy Potato Chips.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- Potato 1
- Red chilly powder 1 or 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Cornflour 2 tsp
- Salt, to taste
- Oil to fry
Preparation
Step 1
Slice potato in to a very thin manner.
Step 2
Then mix all the other ingredients.
Step 3
Heat a pan put oil in it and fry in hot oil the potato.
Step 4
Wipe off excess oil and serve hot.
Tip
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
