Spicy Brinjal Pakora

Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- Chilly powder :1 tsp
- Flour : 1 tsp
- Baking soda : ½ tsp
- Jeera powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder : pinch
- Asafoetida : pinch
- Brinjals : 4 to 6 nos
- Oil : to fry
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Keep all the dry ingredients ready, mix in a bowl by adding little water.
Step 2
Cut the brinjals into thin slices in lengthwise.
Step 3
Mix the batter with brinjals and leave it for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Warm the oil in a pan.
Step 5
Fry in hot oil the brinjals in oil.
Step 6
Serve while still hot with sauce.
