- 1 cup Corn roasted and — ground
- 1/2 cup Boiled rice roasted and ground, Puzhukkalari
- 11/2 cup Coconut — grated
- 1 cup Jaggery grated, Sharkara
- 3 nos Cardamom (Elakka)
- 1/2 cup Cashew nuts — minced
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing special unda, mix together all the ingredients and grind it well.
Step 2
Make small balls out of this mixture.
Step 3
Special unda is ready.
