Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- Dates (seedless / seed removed) : 20 nos
- Wheat Flour : 5 tsp
- Egg : 1 no
- Sugar : 3 tsp
- Salt : a pinch
- Water : for kneading
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, take wheat flour. Add the egg, sugar, salt and water.
Step 2
Knead well to form a paste.
Step 3
Dip dates to this, coat them well and fry in hot oil.
Step 4
Date ada is ready.

The binding point is everything — cook the mixture just until it holds shape when pressed. Overcooked, it turns hard; undercooked, it crumbles.
