Special Chicken Fry (Step By Step Photos)
An easy to make recipe which can be a time-saver during functions.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 400 g Chicken
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 Green chilly
- 1 Pc Ginger
- 5 Pods Garlic
- 2 tsp Chilly powder
- 2 Drops Red colour
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- Oil to fry
Preparation
Step 1
Grind green chilly, ginger and garlic to make a paste.
Step 2
Mix the ingredients 2-10 in a bowl.(including the paste).
Step 3
Marinate the chicken in it. Set aside for 2 hours.
Step 4
Set a kadai over medium heat and pour in the oil.
Step 5
Fry the chicken in it.
Step 6
Serve it with rice, chappathi, pathiri or anything you feel like.
Tip
Do not boil the curry hard after adding coconut milk. A gentle simmer is all you need — vigorous boiling can cause the coconut milk to split.
