- Wheat flour : 1 cup
- Salt, to taste
- Water, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a pan add water in it.

We can use cold water also to make chappathi, but its easy and willl get smooth chappathi within less time and less energy.

When it boils add salt and mix and off flame.
Step 4
Next, add the wheat flour to it and Stir everything together thoroughly.we can add water if needed.

Then make it in to a smooth dough by using hands.

Enter Step.

Then make it in to small balls.
Step 8
Then using a roller or chappathi maker make it in to round shape.
Step 9
Then heat a pan if you want you can add oil or ghee without oil also we can make chappathi.
Step 10
Then make the both sides brown.
Step 11
Serve while still hot.
Tip
Coconut oil is the default cooking fat in Kerala kitchens. It adds a depth of flavour that other oils simply cannot match in these recipes.
