Simple Home Made Wheat Dosa
Golden-brown and lightly crisp, this dosa is the kind of breakfast that works on busy mornings and lazy weekends alike. The batter keeps well in the fridge for two to three days.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- Wheat Flour : 1 Cup
- Oats : 3 tsp
- Egg : 1 no
- Water : 1 ½ cup
- Milk : 1 tsp
- Salt : 1 tsp
- Vanilla Essence : some drops — optional
Preparation
Step 1
Grind the whole ingredients in a mixer grinder.
Step 2
Make small appams on a heated non stick pan.
Step 3
Cook both sides.
Step 4
Serve while still hot with Avial.
Tip
A well-seasoned cast iron or non-stick tawa makes all the difference. If the dosa sticks, your pan needs more seasoning or the temperature is too low.
