Simple Egg Cake

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 500 g All purpose flour Maida
- 200 g Sugar
- 3 nos Egg
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing simple egg cake, beat egg with sugar well. 2)Add cumin powder and cardamom powder. Mix it.
Step 2
Slowly add the flour and make a thick batter.
Step 3
Mix it with hand.
Step 4
Make balls and press lightly and make small square pieces and fry it in oil.
Step 5
Simple egg cake is ready.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
