Semolina Balls

Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 2 cup Semolina Rava/Sooji
- 1 nos Egg
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- Oil — for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all the ingredients to form a smooth paste.
Step 2
Warm the oil in a pan or a kadai.
Step 3
Put a liitle portion from this into the hot oil.
Step 4
Remove from oil, when it`s cooked and done. Serve hot.
Tip
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
