Semiya Upma
This is a very simple breakfast which can be prepared in less time. It does not need much work.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 2 cup Semiya cooked in water and drained, Semolina
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 Of Onion — cut into small pieces
- 3 nos Green chillies nicely — sliced
- 1 inch Ginger nicely cut
- 4 - Curry leaves
- 1 cup Tomatoes — cut into cubes
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, to taste

Nil.
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
