Scrambled Egg With Veggies - Baby Food(1-2 Years)
A quick and satisfying egg dish that proves you do not need expensive ingredients to eat well. Boiled eggs in a spiced gravy, or scrambled with onions and curry leaves — simple Kerala cooking at its most practical.

- 2 nos Egg beaten
- 1/2 cup Mixed vegetables carrot, beans, peas
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper powder A pinch
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing scrambled egg with veggies, first boil the veggies and drain it.
Step 2
Heat butter in a pan, add veggies and fry it.
Step 3
Add egg, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Scramble the egg and mix it well.
Step 5
Scrambled egg with veggies is ready.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
