Sauteed Mushroom
A tasty and nutritious dry sabzi prepared from chopped mushrooms that goes well with rice. You can also pack Sauteed Mushroom in your lunch box with a pack of rotis. unique and tasty with the flavor and aroma of grated coconut.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 200 g Mushroom
- 3 nos Green chillies — chopped
- 1 nos Onion finely sliced, small
- Coconut Handful — grated
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Oil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing Sauteed Mushroom, first wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Warm the oil in a pan or a kadai.
Step 3
Let the mustard seeds crackle.
Step 4
Add onion and green chilly, grated coconut and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
Step 5
Add mushroom and enough salt and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 6
Put the lid on and cook for about 3 minutes When done, cook in low flame for a few minues.
Step 7
Serve Sauteed Mushroom with rice.
