Sausage Sandwich
A traditional preparation from Kerala that balances flavour, texture, and aroma in the way that only home cooking can. No two households make it exactly the same, and that is the point.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 6 nos Sausages
- 4 nos Onions
- 11/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Roll bun
Preparation
Step 1
Slice sausages to small pieces.
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp of oil.
Step 3
Fry sliced onions till golden brown.
Step 4
Add salt, soya sause, pepper and sausages.
Step 5
Slit bun into two and fill it with the filling.
Step 6
You may use mayonnaise or ketchup according to your taste.
